Cacao and Chocolate Making Class

Join us for a fun, hands-on 3-hour chocolate-making experience! In this immersive class, you’ll roast your own cacao beans and work together as a group to create delicious chocolate bon bons. Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy cacao at all stages of the chocolate-making process — from the fresh fruit to the finished chocolate. We’ll also take a brief tour of the cacao trees, where you’ll learn about the fascinating history and traditions of cacao. To top it off, enjoy a traditional cacao drink, made just as it has been for centuries.
